This STAINLESS STEEL direct drive motor turns the skewer approximately 5 times per minute and its maximum balanced weight is 85kg. We recommend a maximum weight up 65kg which will allow flexibility if the meat is not balanced.
Designed to fit a 22mm skewer and has 2 locking pins to hold securely onto machine. The on/off switch is on the reverse.
